soccer!soccer!soccer!(2015/3/6)

I have muscle pain in the whole of my body but that pain is happiness for me. Why is it happiness for me? Because it is coming from playing soccer yesterday. I played soccer with my friends after work. There were college staff. We really enjoyed playing soccer. I wish I would play soccer with them every day.

And sometimes I imagine if they play soccer in Japan. Maybe they plat better because there are so many stones and grass in the Zimbabwean soccer grounds. So it is difficult to play soccer well. But it does not matter for them if there are so many stones and grass on the soccer ground. They really enjoy play soccer and always try to win. That is good!!!!

Shuji? Shuzi?(2015/3/5)

Finally the moment is coming!! Yesterday I was called by JICA staff, coordinator and she told me “I got your parcel from Japan”. Guess what was in the parcel? You want to know?     In fact it was “Shuji” tools. By the way do you know “Shuji”? “Shuji” is Japanese … well…I can’t explain it well. So I’ll show you someday. In “Shuji” we use a painting brush, the paper called “Washi”, Indian ink and so on.

In short write words using those tools. That is very beautiful. Actually I learned “Shuji”, when I was a primary school student. I am not sure whether my letters is beautiful or not beautiful because right now I have not been used to “Shuji” for a long time.

I have a good plan about making a Facebook account of Masvingo Teachers’ College. In that account we can introduce our college not only to Zimbabwean but also all over the world. Now I have been asking Mr.Guede to make it. But no response. I wish I could get positive response from him.

Excuse me, I want to talk about “Zen”. By the way do you know “Zen”? As before I told you that

When I was a university student, I majored in sports psychology and my graduation presentation content was Meditation. I researched whether there is a relationship between good performance in soccer and Meditation or there is not.

Here what I what to say…I am familiar with Meditation. “Zen” and Meditation are related to each other. Now, I suddenly remember I do not have enough gratitude for everything. For example it is not usual that we eat food every day. Actually in Zimbabwe I saw people who asked me to give them food, money and so on. I can’t help them immediately but we can have some gratitude. So I attempting to keep it even though I will get back to Japan after two years.

sad...(2015/3/3)

From yesterday examination for 1 grade stared. So I do not have lectures. I am a little bit bored.

Anyway today is very cold like winter. In Masvingo the weather changes suddenly. In addition to there is no electricity.

Now I am talking about a very shocking incident. Last Saturday around Masvingo Teachers’ College one student was killed. I was so shocked and sad and at same time I felt like my life is in danger. So what should I do to protect myself?

special night(2015/3/2)

Finally he did not call me yesterday, so I went to town and went to the park. That park is such a nice place. But I forget the park’s name. At the park I enjoyed talking with one man who was in the park. We talked about soccer and love relationships and so on. I’m not sure about Zimbabwean love relationships. But I guess from him, In Zimbabwe it seems common to have same lovers. Is it true?

After I enjoyed talking with him, I got back home.

Well… I forget to tell you about yesterday I had another plan of meeting one student in the evening. Actually I met him and we enjoyed having conversation. He is in third year, so he is about to graduate this college but we are going to keep contacting and we have wonderful plan. That is exchanging letter Japanese primary school students with Zimbabwean primary students. I expect it is a good opportunity for them to know different cultures.

I am waiting for him...(2015/3/1)

Good morning! Today is Saturday and this weather is comfortable. So now I am writing this diary outside while listening to music.

By the way yesterday I promised one student to play soccer today. He said me “I’ll call you”. But I am not sure if he will call me.

Anyway I saw a picture of my niece and nephew on Instagram after a long time. They are really growing up and getting bigger. At same time I want to see them face to face. I can’t wait to see them after an absence of two years but I hope I will see them after two years and I will rejoice greatly.

wonderful day(2015/2/28)

Yesterday was the greatest day! Because it was sports day. Through it our students could assess how they manage sports activities. But there were some aspects which they could improve. Next year I am going to make it more enjoyable and help them improve.

I also participated in soccer. It was so exciting!! I played without T-short, in fact my upper body was naked. The match result was 0-2, our team lost the game. But we did our best.

After the game we cleaned the ground, then my favorite moment finally came, dancing time. We danced to the tune of good Zimbabwean music. Zimbabwean are able to be amused with only music and dance. They also can make other people happy with music and dance only. I also enjoyed with them. They also make me happy. So I like them!!!!
